Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide day-to-day helpdesk and desktop support, manage tickets, resolve incidents, and ensure end-user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, email, and network issues
  • Provide first and second-line technical support
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user provisioning
  • Track SLA compliance and escalate as needed


Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • BSc or Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+ / Microsoft Modern Desktop / ITIL (Preferred)

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine, Freshservice)
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
