Job Summary

The Systems Specialist will manage server environments, identity management, cloud productivity tools, backups, and compliance in a hybrid IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Windows Server and Active Directory

Manage Office 365, Intune, and Azure AD Connect
Maintain backup and disaster recovery infrastructure
Apply OS patches and perform system hardening
Implement monitoring and alerting systems
Automate processes using PowerShell

Required Qualifications & Certifications

BSc in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / M365 Administrator (Preferred)

ITIL Foundation (Preferred)

Technical Skills & Expertise

Windows Server 2016/2019, GPO, DNS, DHCP

Microsoft 365 & Intune

Backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)

PowerShell scripting

Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V
