Project Manager – IT Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a certified and experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT support and infrastructure projects across 200+ sites. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, SLA management, and successful delivery in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT operations
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization
• Ensure SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction
• Handle risk, change, escalation, and quality assurance
• Generate and present progress and performance reports
• Apply PMP and ITIL frameworks for governance and control

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• PMP Certification (Required)
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Required)
• Prince2 / Agile certifications (Preferred)

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of IT service operations and infrastructure
• Experience managing remote teams and multi-location projects
• Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
