Job Summary
We are seeking a certified and experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT support and infrastructure projects across 200+ sites. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, SLA management, and successful delivery in line with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT operations
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors
- Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization
- Ensure SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction
- Handle risk, change, escalation, and quality assurance
- Generate and present progress and performance reports
- Apply PMP and ITIL frameworks for governance and control
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- PMP Certification (Required)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Required)
- Prince2 / Agile certifications (Preferred)
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of IT service operations and infrastructure
- Experience managing remote teams and multi-location projects
- Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
