Job Summary
The Network Specialist will configure and maintain enterprise networks, firewalls, and secure connectivity across branches and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN performance
- Configure VPNs and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
- Perform security patching and firmware upgrades
- Work with ISPs and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- BSc in Network Engineering, IT, or related
- Cisco CCNA (Required); CCNP or Fortinet NSE4 (Preferred)
- Firewall certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto) are a plus
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Cisco routing and switching
- Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall management
- VLANs, NAT, ACL, IPSec VPN
- Network monitoring: PRTG, Zabbix
