Network Specialist

Job Summary

The Network Specialist will configure and maintain enterprise networks, firewalls, and secure connectivity across branches and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and access points
• Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN performance
• Configure VPNs and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Perform security patching and firmware upgrades
• Work with ISPs and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• BSc in Network Engineering, IT, or related
• Cisco CCNA (Required); CCNP or Fortinet NSE4 (Preferred)
• Firewall certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto) are a plus

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Cisco routing and switching
• Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall management
• VLANs, NAT, ACL, IPSec VPN
• Network monitoring: PRTG, Zabbix
